What would you like to change?

Puppies learn fastest before five months. Start with a small class of puppies the same age, and a clear routine at home.

    Questions owners ask

Can't find yours? Call us, or send a message from the contact page.

Do you use punishment or special collars?

No. We only use reward-based methods, without choke, prong or electric collars. They work, and they keep your dog's trust in you.

My dog is seven. Is it too late?

Not at all. Adult dogs learn very well; it can take a little longer to replace an old habit, and we plan for that.

Where do the sessions take place?

Private sessions happen at your home or on the walks where the problem shows up. Group classes run on our fenced field, with an indoor hall when it rains.

How quickly will I see a change?

Most owners notice a difference within two weeks if they practise five minutes a day. Reactivity and separation problems take longer, and we tell you so at the first meeting.

What if I miss a group class?

Tell us 24 hours before and you can join the same class later in the week, or catch up at the start of the next course.

    Do you work with vets?

Yes. If pain or illness could be part of the problem, we ask your vet to check first and share our plan with them.
